Refund and Cancellation Policy

All purchases made through Kaipa are final. We do not provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Exceptions to this policy may be granted only at the sole discretion of Kaipa. Any such exception will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and our decision shall be final.
